- The processed file fails to download or is corrupted
- The output file is significantly different from the preview shown before purchase
- The tool fails to apply the specified cleanup rules correctly
- A technical error occurs during processing that prevents normal use of the file
- Requests are made within 24 hours of purchase
Refunds are not provided for:
- Data issues that were already visible in the preview
- Expectations beyond the tool’s stated capabilities
- Files that require custom or manual cleanup beyond automated processing
- Minor variations that do not affect usability of the data
This tool performs structured, rule-based cleanup and does not guarantee perfect results for all datasets.
